Preschoolwhere play becomes learning

Between two and six, children develop coordination, combine ideas, master more complex games, and begin learning about themselves and each other. Play and performing arts are stitched through every day, foreign language is woven in, and our teachers give each child the individual attention they need.

Our curriculum

A preschool curriculum where children thrive

We introduce language, math, science and social skills at each child's own pace. Cognitive and social skills grow through memory games and team activities that blend creative expression with hands-on, tactile experiences — and math, science and language all come to life through the performing arts.

The preschool years

A curriculum that grows with your child

From curious twos to confident fives, each year levels up — building on what came before, and meeting every child right where they are.

Stage 01

Curious twos

Twos want to — and need to — explore their world. We show them how to do it safely and get them excited to learn, gently introducing the Building Kidz academic curriculum in an age-appropriate way. Mostly, they have a blast while being slowly prepared for what lies ahead.

Stage 02

Chatty threes

A level up from the twos. Children review before learning something new — great for retention, and for children joining us for the first time. Threes revisit the alphabet, numbers 1–10, colors and shapes, then move on to mixing tertiary colors. More verbal and more responsible, they take an active role in their own learning.

Stage 03

Energetic fours

Exuberant, full of energy, and far more able to focus. Fours use weekly journals for literacy and math, learning one page at a time, still very much hands-on with sensory materials and manipulatives. This is where the integration of music and dance with science and math truly comes to life.

Stage 04

Confident fives

An incredible age — the curiosity of a four-year-old, now with the focus to sit still and go deeper. Fives write letters to each other, count to 100 by fives and tens, tackle simple addition, subtraction and patterns, and explore advanced colors like saffron, fuchsia and terracotta, mixed by hand with tempera paint.

Our mission

To create a local community where children are challenged intellectually, empowered as lifelong learners, and shaped by the arts into people of Confidence, Commitment & Character.
